Sipffee's A grade coffee beans come from the pristine Okapa region of Eastern Highlands Province in Papua New Guinea, located on high altitude at 1800 masl.
Coffee beans in Papua New Guinea is known for its ideal growing climate, pollution-free environment and rich volcanic soil. Sipffee beans are organically grown by local farmers and goes through very careful and rigorous quality control process for quality consistency. Our beans are harvested purely by hand, only the ripest berries are picked for a rich and balanced acidity and sweetness flavor.
Sipffee beans are processed by traditional methods - hand-washed in mountain streams and sun-dried on plateau basins, to enrich the coffee flavors and create a very special aroma and taste. This single-origin coffee captures the lively flavors of floral, berries, chocolate, honey and caramel. Most of the green beans in the market have a defect degree of 30%, but ours are close to zero.
The beans are pre-roasted at different roast level, resulting in a full-bodied, well-balanced, clean finish with a long lasting aftertaste. Beans are roasted in local weekly or even daily to ensure freshness. We came to the market after many trials, dedicated to providing coffee lovers with the highest quality Arabica coffee.
